view from balcony of the "ticky tacky" houses. the lowest listed one of those was $290K and that was less than half price from their start-from pricing when they were built!
view out front bedroom's widnow at entrance area and houses at back of the parking lot. this is the smallest bedroom and would be set up for guest useage eventually.
